And there is another illegal person in prison facing deportation. Twenty-one year old Jose Cecilio Yanes of Honduras was recently freed of a murder charge in the stabbing death of thirty-one year old Tito Burgos Caballeros, which occurred in March of 2007. But Yanes was back in court today and pleaded guilty to Being a Prohibited Immigrant. He was fined two thousand dollars to be paid forthwith and when he couldn’t, Magistrate Albert Hoare ordered him remanded for six months, after which he will be deported to Honduras. Yanes was charged along with twenty-one year old Emir Recinos who was found lying face up near Maya King Banana Farm in the area of the Placencia junction. Caballeros had chop wounds to his head and right shoulder and both his arms were severed. Those charges against Yanes were dismissed because of lack of evidence.
