Two Belizeans murdered in Melchor

And there are two more murders to report tonight that also occurred over the weekend, but this time across the western border in Melchor de Mencos. Details are beginning to come in and Benque Viejo police have confirmed that two Belizeans were shot dead in separate incidents in the neighboring town. The first victim, twenty-two year old Rene Teck, a resident of Succotz Village, was shot twice on the right side of the abdomen on Friday night. The second victim, Noe Sanchez of Benque Viejo, was shot dead around ten on Sunday night on the back of his head while he was in the centre of the town. The investigation of both slayings are in the hands of Melchor police.
