Bz. City man charged for Friday?s ride-by

Meanwhile, police in Belize City has charged a man in connection with a shooting at the corner of Gibnut Street and Central American Boulevard last Friday. Twenty-two year old Rowland Smalls of a Mayflower Street address have been charged with dangerous harm, use of deadly means of harm and discharging a firearm in public. Smalls is the man authorities believe was the triggerman on bicycle last Friday who shot at Solomon Gabourel and Herman “Yagga” Morris as they were buying tacos early that morning. All five shots fired found a mark. The taco vendor, Anna Luisa Munoz, was hit in her right arm while Gabourel was struck four times; three times in the left leg and once in the right ankle. Police have yet to detain the man who was with Smalls at the time of the incident.
