Prices for butane gas go down by a dollar

Prices for butane gas have gone down by a dollar for the one hundred pound cylinder countrywide. We note that the domestic price of LPG distributed by Belize Natural Energy Limited is the lowest at one hundred and eight dollars at its depots in Burrell Boom, San Ignacio, Belmopan, Benque Viejo Del Carmen and Punta Gorda. Now in the case of butane imported by Belize Gas Limited and Western Gas Company Limited, the price in Belize City and Corozal is one hundred and fourteen dollars; in Belmopan and San Ignacio it is one hundred and sixteen dollars; in Benque Viejo del Carmen it is one hundred and seventeen dollars; in Orange Walk, it is retailing at one hundred and fifteen dollars; and in Dangriga, at one hundred and eighteen dollars. In Punta Gorda, the price is the highest at one hundred and nineteen dollars. As the relates to LPG imported by Belize Western Energy Limited, Southern Choice Butane or Zeta Gas, and Gas Tomza Limited, the prices went down by one dollar and are slightly lower. In Belize City and Corozal, the one hundred pound cylinder is selling at one hundred and eleven dollars; in Belmopan and San Ignacio, it sells at one hundred and thirteen dollars. In Benque Viejo del Carmen it is selling at one hundred and fourteen dollars; in Orange Walk at one hundred and twelve dollars, in Dangriga at one hundred and fifteen dollars and in Punta Gorda at one hundred and sixteen dollars.
