B.F.L.A. selling wooden Christmas cards

Story PictureIf you’re tired of the usual mass produced greeting cards, the Belize Family Life Association has come up with an alternative. Youth volunteer Gerald Duhanney brought a sample of “Card for Life” by News Five and told us there is still time to make your personal selections.

?Well the idea came about from Mrs. Garvin, the accountant at Belize Family Life Association, and we are doing Christmas cards. It?s called ?Card for Life: Where Your Sentiment Will Last.? It will really last, it?s made out of mahogany. You have different stencils that you can place at the front, different wording, different poems that you can put in. You can personalise it and say whatever you want in it. It comes in a very pretty bag and for guys it has a nice gift bag that it comes in. So from there you can ship it and send it to States or send it wherever you want to send it.?

And don’t worry, it’s not too late to order your personalised wooden cards by calling B.F.L.A. at 203-1018. Ask for Gerald or Adrianne. The cards cost ten dollars, five of which is payable when ordering and the balance on completion of the order.
