7 Injured in Weekend Shooting Spree…
There were three other shootings over the weekend, bringing the total to seven persons injured by gunfire. The first happened on Friday night. At about eight thirty-five, Police were called to the K.H.M.H. where they found twenty-five year old Mauricio Rodriguez shot to the left shoulder and right buttocks. The young man was socializing in a yard in Belama Phase Four when shots rang out and two found their mark in his body. Nine expended shells were recovered from the scene and Police were seeking two men. And then on Saturday morning, Police were again called to the KHMH at around nine forty-five am. There they saw twenty-one year old Joshua Gallego with a gunshot wound to the left forearm. Gallego was walking on Antelope Street when a male person approached him from behind and fired two shots at him. On Sunday, Police were called back to the K.H.M.H. at about seven thirty pm, and found Calbert Budd Jr. with a gunshot wound to the left elbow. Budd was allegedly walking on Iguana Street when he heard gunshots and realized he had been hit. So there you have it – four murders and seven persons wounded by gunfire over the course of one weekend – certainly one of the bloodiest and most violent in recent memory. We note again that Police have refused to offer any information or update to the media in any of these cases, but have issued what they are calling a statement of assurance.
This police dept cannot assure anyone of anything because they are as incompetent and impotent as their leaders and after 4539 murders no one in this country feels safe what a n incompetent police dept I keep telling you we have to bring back the hanging penalty and bring it back now not tomorrow but now march people march to this pm house drag him out of his bed and lock him up for incompetence and impotence .
