Of-course he knew. How could he not know? He is the chairman of the National security council or is he not? Or perhaps he fell asleep at the leadership helm? Of-course he knew. The jewel is suffering from a crucial leadership crisis on every level of Gov. It is so pathetic to listen to CEO Lovell try to explain and blame. Wake up Belizeans, Rise up, and call for a new election.
If he did not know then he is not doing what he swore he would do: serve and protect the interest of Belize and Belizeans.
If he said he knew and accepted it that’s even worse.
It is his job to know!
Watcha ya!!! Dis Guatemala ting is gone crazy. Whether we like it or not Guatemala is our neighbor and we must get along and do business with each other. Many of us buy materials and hire Guats for specialty jobs at a low cost. The US do business with Russia and China everyday. Come on Belize people dis Guatemala tting di go to far. The world is a village now. I understand the grievances but business is business.
So what. I can point out many buildings Belize built by Guatemalans. We are neighbors we do commerce with each other. Guatemala like it or not have technology and building skills we don’t have and they can do the jobs cheaper . Business is Business. We are neighbors the world is a global community now and in the words of a west coast philosopher Rodney King “why cant we just get along.”.
