B.D.F. Soldier Convicted of Harm
A B.D.F. soldier was this afternoon convicted of harming his common-law-wife after a misunderstanding ensued at their home this past Tuesday. Thirty-two year old Rodney Menzies is accused of causing an injury to her left leg. This afternoon, the B.D.F. soldier charged with Harm upon his common law wife, Michelle Benguche who claims that he pushed her causing her to fall and injure her leg. Menzies pleaded guilty to the offense of harm and Magistrate Dale Cayetano imposed a fine of five hundred dollars which he was ordered to pay in full by January thirty-first, 2015 or in default, one year imprisonment. Benguche visited the police station and reported that she arrived home on Tuesday, to find the television set wet and as a result, she confronted Menzies and that’s when the two of them got into an argument and he pushed her down causing her to sustain injury to her left leg. Benguche was examined by a doctor, who classified her injuries as harm.
