Suspect arrested in Hill murder
After a weekend of bullets and bloodshed, police have made at least one arrest, in connection with the Friday night murder of Jason Hill. Eighteen-year-old Leroy Henry has been picked up by police on Mayflower Street in an area known as “Ghost Town”. Tonight Henry remains in police custody pending a charge of murder. Law enforcement officials believe he is the triggerman who shot and killed twenty-year-old Hill last Friday night on Sarstoon Street in Belize City. Witnesses told News Five that both men were riding bicycles when they collided into each other around seven-thirty that night. An argument ensued during which Hill was fatally shot in the back.
