Hey I’m Safiyyah and this is What’s Happening Belize?

This weekend is the huge Benque Fiesta in Benque Viejo Del Carmen. This weekend of fun is filled with a diverse array of food, drinks, games and rides for the kids and of course the Senorita Flor de la Feria pageant. This weekend in Benque will also feature band performances and special football matches along with the parade for all to enjoy. So Benque is definitely the place to take out the entire family for days and days of fun.

And this Saturday night is the Huge Morgan Heritage concert that everyone has been talking about. The original concert day had to be postponed due to the Swine flu but it seems that this time nothing will stop the “Reggae Bring Back Love” Concert. The concert will be held inside the City center and will also feature Belizean artist such as Mr. Program and Tanya Carter. Morgan Heritage, themselves have brought out hit after hit expanding over the decades. So if you’re in the mood for some reggae vibes on Saturday night then definitely go check that concert out.

Now its time to check out the Luxurious San Ignacio Resort hotel, a spot you should definitely check out if you’re planning to head up to Cayo for the Benque fest…
