The sister of Leonard “Ghost” Myers, slain George Street boss, is missing. Amanda Usher, a fifteen year old girl from Berkeley Street is missing. On Wednesday, Elizabeth Welch reported to police that her daughter was last seen on Monday night when she went to bed shortly after seven thirty. Amanda, who is of Creole descent and medium built, has brown complexion and eyes and stands about five feet four inches in height.
