Entrpreneurs Graduate from six week training

Today, six business entrepreneurs graduated from a six-week intensive training program in San Ignacio. The initiative is one aspect of annual programs delivered by the Nancy Marin Youth Foundation, and it was facilitated by business coach from the UK Karen Carter. The graduates will benefit from unique skills learned through workshops and one on one coaching sessions, in areas including sales, sales forecasting, marketing, budget planning, leadership and communication skills, writing a business plan and presentation. Structured off an entrepreneur program in the UK, the six week session was designed to empower students and instill confidence as well as to provide critical business skills. The proud graduates today were Mel Mutrie, Mariela Coc, Louis Diaz, Ishmael Escalante, Dwight Gabb and Alva Teck. The graduation was held at the Aguada Hotel this morning with guest speaker Stephen Okeke. The graduates will receive further instruction with business professionals in the UK online.
