Elderly Man Found Dead in Libertad, Was Foul Play Involved?

On Saturday afternoon, Lenard Logan found his grandfather, George Trapp, dead.  Trapp’s body was found behind his house in some bush.  He was fully dressed, wearing slippers, with his glasses beside him and a flash light in his hand. Corozal Police say they do not suspect foul play.

“What happened was that based on information, Corozal Police visited an area in Libertad Village where they saw a very age able individual, seventy nine years old. The postmortem is being conducted today in Belize City and by tomorrow we will be able to give you more information on what may have led to this death. We do not suspect foul play at the moment.”
