Adrian Gordon charged for stabbing of couple
And in the Magistrate Court, nineteen year old Adrian Gordon was slapped with six counts for the stabbing of two persons who live on Dolphin Street. Just before six, this past Monday morning, twenty-three year old Miriam Jean Terry and twenty-two year old Jermaine Chen were stabbed when they opened their apartment door after hearing a knock. Both are receiving treatment, one is stable and the other is critical. And while they are hospitalized, Gordon appeared before the Chief Magistrate, Margaret Gabb McKenzie and was charged with the Use Deadly Means of Harm and Dangerous Harm to Terry and Chen. The Chief Magistrate informed Gordon that the offenses are indictable and if there is sufficient evidence, the matter will be committed to the Supreme Court for trial. His next court appearance is set for August fourteenth. He was unrepresented in court.
