Deliveryman Arraigned for Kissing Male Minor

A young boy under the age of sixteen years claims that he was sexually molested back in December 2014 by a man well known to him and his family.   Today, thirty-three year old Patrick Swasey was arraigned and charged with Aggravated Assault of an Indecent Nature upon the minor who, it is alleged, he kissed on his lips.   In court, Swasey who is a delivery man and a coach, pleaded not guilty to the offense and asked permission to address the court.  He told the Senior Magistrate that the allegations were fabricated by the boy’s mother with whom he had a relationship and that she made up the story when he refused to give her money.  Swasey, who claims will get married in November of this year, also says he has zero tolerance for persons who molest children.  He begged the court to grant him bail and explained that back in December 2014 he was still in the relationship with the child’s mother, when he was asked to sleep under the Christmas Tree as a tradition in the family and that’s when Swasey claims he kissed the children on their cheeks but never on their lips.  But the child’s mother claims she found out about the incident this past Saturday. After the minor returned her cell phone, she checked his facebook and found that Swasey had sent him nude pictures of himself posing with girls. The minor then told her of the kissing on his lips. There were no objections to bail and the matter was adjourned to July third, 2015.
