Margarita Noralez Pech Remanded into Custody for Burglary
Tonight, thirty-three year old Margarita Noralez who also uses Pech as her surname was taken to the Belize City Magistrate’s Court to answer to two criminal offenses for Burglary and Handling Stolen Goods. She was caught in the act on surveillance camera burglarizing the home of Kelsey Musa in Belize City from where police say she stole over three thousand dollars in jewellery items. This morning, Margarita was taken to court to be arraigned after she was found with some of the stolen items. There were heavy objections to bail since Margarita has four previous convictions for crimes of dishonesty including a previous conviction for burglary or which she was sentenced to five years for theft, and another for which she was sentenced to six months for handling stolen goods. She had no legal representation in court and asked Senior Magistrate Sharon Fraser to address the court, saying that the offenses for which she has been convicted occurred when she was young and that now, she has been changing her ways. She further said that on the day in question, a man held her at knife point and forced her to commit the burglary. But the Senior Magistrate told Margarita that her version of the story made no sense since the surveillance camera showed her acting alone. Margarita said that’s because the young man waited for her by a lane. Bail was denied and she was remanded into custody until July twenty-seventh, 2015.

She should have made the pitch that she was a long lost aunt of minister Heredia and she would have gotten off scott free along with her “nephew”.
Steal some dye for you hair…it’s staring to look like the rainbow coalition.
