Robbers hit N. Highway shop
The Christmas jacking season appears to have started early this year as another Belize City business establishment has been hit by armed robbers. Two men entered the Highway Grocery at mile two and a half on the Northern Highway around eight Tuesday night and one pulled a gun on proprietor Mia Tag Lui. The crooks escaped with seven hundred dollars in cash and another five hundred in phone cards. At newstime, the men were still at large.
