Another Heinous Crime Report – Uncle Allegedly Violates Niece in Benque

There is another report on the sexual violation of a minor. A twelve-year-old female student claims that on Friday night at about eight-thirty, her uncle sexually assaulted her when she was at home in Benque Viejo, Cayo. The heinous act occurred when she was left alone with him. Her mother was at work, but her father, sisters and uncle were with her watching television. The minor says that her older sister left the house to go to the store and that her father did the same later on. She was thus on her own with her uncle and her three-year old sibling. And this is when her uncle took advantage of the situation and sexually assaulted the young girl. To protect the young girl, all names are being withheld. Police are investigating the alleged crime.
