Tyrone Myers is Arraigned for Belize City Burglary
A Belize City man was linked to a burglary after CIB personnel lifted a finger print from the home of the victim whose house was burglarized. The alleged burglar, Tyrone Myers, was arraigned in court, before Magistrate Deborah Rogers and read a single charge of burglary. Allegations are that on February first, the house of Matthias Mariano, located on Curassow Street in Belize City, was burglarized and a Samsung cell phone was stolen. Myers pleaded not guilty to the charge and there was no objection to bail, so Magistrate Rogers offered him bail in the sum of one thousand two hundred dollars. Myers, who found himself in debt to the court in the sum of eight hundred dollars, could not meet bail yet since he has to settle his outstanding bill first before he could go home on bail for the burglary. Myers next court date is set for June twenty-eighth, 2016.
