“As it relates to the murder of Mister Williams, we continue to look into that matter. We have not been able to locate the vehicle that we are looking for and we appeal to the public if they know of any person who has a grey four door Lincoln, to give us a call or call the 0-800-922-TIPS number. We need to bring in that vehicle and interview the owner. The vehicle may have a dealer’s plate on it because when the incident took place, it was a dealer’s plate, but they might have removed it after the incident. So once you know of anyone who has one, give us a call.”
