Family of Lyndon Morrison Satisfied with Judge’s Decision

Lyndon Morrison

The case has been adjourned till Tuesday, when the defense will present its evidence. The family of Lyndon Morrison was at Court today and told News Five that while they were happy with the Judge’s decision and they understand that Saldivar has a job to defend Flowers, they don’t see how his argument will fly.

“We appreciate and we are very happy with the judge ruling. We maintain that we knew what happen and at the end of the day, nothing is certain. But we are very glad that this is one hurdle that we got across especially with last week with the media and what they brought across, we got a lot of questioning, a lot of doubts, a lot of things. But a lot of people are also behind us too at the same time, telling us that it will work out. So it is a big hurdle to cross.”

“Now the defense is saying basically that the vehicle that she was in, that Calaney was in, didn’t even touch the cycle. That instead, Lyndon crashed into a pickup that was coming out of Central Assembly of God. What is your response to that?”

Colin Morrison

“Well if anyone would be sitting down in the case, even the medical person said that his death was caused by something hitting him and his injuries, his death was because of him being hit. That was documented in court by Doctor Estradabran. So I guess he has the right to defend his client in anyway. But the truth did come out in all the evidence from every witness that was there and they said basically the same thing.”
