Mom pleads for leads in son’s murder

Story Picture
Nine days after his bullet ridden body was discovered at the Salt Creek shooting range, authorities appear to have made little progress in finding the killer of Nadir Husman. Today his mother, Yvonne Moore, appealed to the public for any information that might produce a break in the case.

Yvonne Moore, Mother of Murder Victim

?I was in a conference with the C.I.B. team this morning. I left from about eleven o?clock and they have absolutely no clue that can help them to determine a motive. The family is anxious for information. We want to know why someone could be so cruel or prompted to take the life of my child. We are offering a total of eleven thousand dollars for a reward for information that could lead to a solution to the crime, to the death of my son. I know my son. Everyone will say that this is a grieving mother, we attest to the honesty of our child, but I don?t know my son to be anything else but as an honest, hardworking young man.?

Whoever killed Nadir Husman also stole his licensed nine millimetre Beretta pistol, pictured here, as well as his Motorola cell phone. Anyone with information is asked to call 600-7736 or the 922 hotline. In either case the caller’s confidentiality will be preserved.
