How Did William Mason Acquire Property in Belize?
Questions have also been raised about the properties held by William Mason – notably the mansion on Intelco Hill in Belmopan and the sprawling Outback Ranch at mile thirty-one on the George Price Highway. How did the man from Guyana with fake Belizean nationality pay for those properties? That information hasn’t come out just yet, but Bradley says from what he’s been told, those properties are legally owned by William Danny Mason and Melissa Ferguson.
Richard “Dickie” Bradley, Attorney for Melissa Ferguson
“On our way to the police station, we did stop and she did see the physical situation for the first time before she had left on the fifteenth. In relation to the farm some trees were down. I think she was not sure if she saw workers or there were just people around. The horses had looked a little emaciated. I am a lover of dogs and horses, and she was worried about who was taking care of the pigs. You know they are always eating. She saw that and she was concerned. I told her that God willing, she would be able to be out in a short while so she could deal with that matter. Whether they charge her or not, a higher Court would more than likely grant her bail on conditions, one of which would be that she would have to surrender her passport and not leave the country. But in terms of the properties I know that in fact she and her husband are the owners of the property, that they had entered into legal, written arrangements for those properties, and those were questions put to her by the Police and she answered those as well.”

And here I am, waiting for my little piece of land for my entire life, denied by consecutive governments, given the runaround because I cant afford to “grease” nobody pockets.
Legally owning property is not the concern. How was it paid for is the query.
One can own property legally with ill gotten gains!
