Ernest and Tifarah win dream wedding
It’s not everyday that you get married…so imagine the excitement of one happy couple when they found out not only that a wedding was in the works, but the entire affair would cost them hardly a cent.

?Couple number two, that?s Tifarah and Ernest, received twenty-seven points, making them the lucky couple who will be getting married on June twelfth, ten o?clock tight here at the Radisson Hotel and Marina.?

They did not receive the most telephone votes in the Radisson’s Dream Wedding, but on Sunday night twenty-three year old Tifarah Gill and twenty-nine year old Ernest Broaster proved that in the five years they have been together, the couple know each other very well.

Although Gill and Broaster answered most of the questions correctly, they never did completely conquer their fears.

“I was afraid of going to the finals with them because they had thirteen years together and I guess that made me jumpy and answered the first two questions wrong.”
The couple are now looking forward to June twelfth when they will finally get married. The ceremony will take place in the Radisson’s garden at ten that Saturday morning.

“I am going to be nervous of course, it?s a very big day for us and I guess the excitement and being live on television, of course, I?m going to be sweating.?

“The hustle and the bustle, most of all, the turning around, the arrangements, that?s a big relief.?

?I think that it?s pretty convenient, actually. We don?t have to do most of the planning and stuff and it?ll still be a very beautiful wedding.?

“Well presently I just started my job, so I don?t think I will get the time off, so the honeymoon will be later on.”
The second place couple, Era Williams and George Lightfoot, received a cheque for one thousand dollars courtesy of INTELCO. The dream wedding will be broadcast live on Channel 5.
