Scoop’s Ice Cream robbed
This afternoon, at around the same time school children would normally be stopping by for a treat, two men held up the popular Scoop’s Ice Cream shop in Belize City. A clerk reported that the pair came in wearing only shorts and ordered rum raisin ice cream. When she started to fill their order, they pulled out a gun, pointed at her head and made her and another worker get down on the floor. The jackers then took two chains, a bracelet, and an undisclosed amount of cash and fled the scene. Police are asking for the public’s assistance in apprehending the duo.
