Call for Godwin’s removal is to ensure transparency in investigation

The unions as well as the P.U.P. have been asking for the removal of Senator Godwin Hulse as Minister of Police. We also got Melvin Hulse to give his take on the matter.

“I heard the explanation from Luke. I guess most of us in a position like that woulda say bwai I wouldn’t want you because if anything come out as Minister of Police, we are not too comfortable. As Luke mentioned, it is part of a comfort zone…just to remove any element that they might be trying to squash and not bring out everything and air out everything and whatnot. I could understand their point. They have not said anything against the minister as an individual, but talking about him in the post that he holds. And they feel that bwai just in case, let we leave that one there.”
