Fish vendor attacked with hatchet
A woman is reported to have attacked a fisherman with a hatchet on Wednesday night. Daniel Lanza, sixty-two, was admitted to the K.H.M.H. with wounds to his neck, left ear, and shoulder. Lanza told police that he was at the fish market on Vernon Street when he got into an argument with a woman and she picked up a hatchet lying on the counter and inflicted the injuries. Police have detained one person for questioning.
