Olga Cook wins Miss Y Pageant
If you didn’t make it to the Miss Y Pageant on Saturday night, you missed out on a lot of entertainment. Six ladies, ages sixty to seventy-six showed off their beauty and energy in the highly rated competition at the Belize City Center. Myrl Bowden, Olga Cook, Sonia Garnett, Kathleen Stanford, Joyce Tillett and Rosaline Munnings graced the stage and in the end, Cook, the eldest of them all was the favourite of the crowd and judges.
