Bradley Pauman Off to U.S. with Supreme Court’s Approval
American Bradley Pauman, has been in the news for over a year as the businessman accused putting a hit on fellow businessman and neighbour Michael Modiri. He was back in court again today, this time he was asking to be handed back his passport which the court has instructed him to surrender as a condition for his bail. Apparently, Pauman wants to leave the country for three weeks, from October seventh to October twenty-eighth and travel to Missouri in the United States. The purpose of the trip is unknown. Supreme Court Justice Antoinette Moore was satisfied that he would not be a flight risk and granted the application. Pauman’s attorney, Herbert Panton, has applied for and was granted a similar application back in August by another Supreme Court judge. Pauman’s bail is fifty thousand dollars and was granted with stringent conditions. He is out on bail pending trial.
