…And salary of chairman questionable
While doctors continue locked in negotiations with the management of the K.H.M.H., there is one man who has a lot to answer. News Five has obtained a copy of a Memorandum dated May thirteenth, signed by the Acting C.E.O. of the K.H.M.H. Laurel Grant and addressed to the Director of Finance. The document states that at their monthly meeting of April seventeenth of this year, the Board recommended and approved that the Chairman, Ricardo Fabro, receive a monthly payment of three thousand five hundred dollars plus telephone and vehicle allowances. K.H.M.H. sources tell News Five, however, that the approval could not have been made, if it did not get the nod from Fabro himself. The K.H.M.H. Board reportedly meets once per month.
