Breaking News: Murder in San Pedro

There is Breaking News coming out of San Pedro. Minutes ago, a man was murdered in the Boca Del Rio Area on Ambergris Caye. Reports reaching News Five are that several shots were fired and Police are currently processing the scene. The victim has since been identified as thirty-year old Jason Gillett. There was a time not too long ago, that San Pedro was considered one of the more safer towns to live in, Away from major crimes like murder and drugs/gang related crimes. Unfortunately, it seems now that those days have sailed. Even the corruption in the police department have entered on the once peaceful island. sad, sad, sad.
