Body found in Mopan River
Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a body taken from the Mopan River on Sunday. The corpse was in an advanced stage of decomposition when it was discovered, but police say it is a Hispanic male. There were no outward signs of violence on the body, which was taken to the San Ignacio hospital for a post mortem.
