Minor Grazed by Shot on Racoon Street Extension

Later that night in the city, a minor was grazed on the cheek by a bullet. She was standing in front of her home on Raccoon Street Extension when shots were fired. She was treated and released. The CIB say that they are questioning several persons and at least one has been detained.

“Some time about 10:15 pm where information was received that a female minor was grazed to the left side of the cheek. Initial investigation reveal that the minor was outside by the stair of her house, several shots were fired whereby she received the injury to the left side of the cheek. Several persons were interviewed. This investigation is still young. Persons are being sought and persons have been detained for questioning.”
