Ten weed fields burned in O.W.
Police report a major weed bust in the Orange Walk District. At dawn on Tuesday a joint B.D.F. police operation raided a location four and a half miles northwest of San Carlos Village where they found a total of ten marijuana fields. Over seventeen thousand plants, ranging from one to six feet in height, were uprooted and burned. No arrests were made, as the fields were apparently not being tended at the time.
