Several suspects detained in weekend robberies
In other crime news, quick police action led to the arrest of a suspected chain snatcher in Belize City this morning, while two men have been detained in separate armed robberies on Friday. Police are still investigating a hold-up that occurred on Friday afternoon at the offices of U.S. COM on Baymen Avenue. The lone gunman, who got away with a cellular phone and around five hundred dollars in cash, is still at large.
