The B.T.L. Telephone Directory is Here!

The new telephone directory was released today. The 2017 edition features a cover shot by renowned local photographer Tony Rath and was done in collaboration with the World Wildlife Fund.  The publication, which has over the years evolved from just physical telephone listing to online and digital, also features multiple sections with information about Belize. “Every year, B.T.L. partners to unveil and launch the new directory cover. This year it is featuring the Barrier Reef, it was in partnership with WWF, and this picture was taken by Tony Rath. And the Barrier Reef, as you can see, every year the directory features a new natural heritage, a new natural treasure for Belize. So, it is raising awareness of what we have to offer and the fact that this natural heritage is something so unique and beautiful. So, we are sharing this with our wider Belizean population. So, it showcases what we have to offer as a country.”

“I think this is gonna be very helpful. We are always looking for a medium to get the message out to the broader Belizean public. We know that the telephone directory pretty much goes into a large percent of the population in Belize and this is a way to get it into the homes and in the hands of people. They will not only be aware of the different numbers to contact, but also to learn about our natural heritage in Belize.”
