Orange Walk Baby Crushed in Traffic Accident
Three-year-old Lindsey Babb lost her life this morning during a horrifying traffic mishap in Orange Walk Town. The toddler was being transported on a motorcycle driven by her father, thirty-three-year-old Eulalio Babb, when he was overtaken by a Bowen & Bowen delivery truck in the vicinity of Liberty Avenue. The sudden impact upon being passed, flung Babb and his daughter off the motorcycle, the child falling beneath the rear wheel of the moving vehicle. Baby Lindsey’s skull was crushed and she perished at the site of the accident. The driver of the Coca-Cola truck, identified as twenty-four-year-old Irvin Leal, reportedly kept driving, but was eventually stopped by residents who witnessed the incident. This afternoon, we spoke by phone with the grieving father. Eulalio Babb explained in great detail the accident as it transpired.

Bowen and Bowen Limited has issued a release offering its condolences to the family of the little girl. Orange Walk police continue their investigation.
Sorry for your loss, but no person in their right mind should have anyone that young on a bike or motorcycle. Both driver and parents should be given jailtime for their stupidity.
This was soo sad to read.. My condolences goes out to you and your family.
I wrote about this years ago when another stupid Bowen driver flipped on northern highway- remember Michael when I warned you that soon one of your idiot and unsupervised drivers would kill some kid? How do you sleep at night with all those moron unsupervised and no speed regulated trucks
This is so sad! I can’t imagine the pain the family is going through. I am a parent and I wouldn’t wish this for no parent. May her soul rest in peace!
