Two men charged for possession of one bullet
Also in court, two men plus one bullet, that equals jail time. And in this case, the bullet was allegedly being smuggled into prison by thirty year old Alwin Marin and twenty-six year old Ashton Myers. But their plan was thwarted and instead they appeared in court today where they were charged with Keeping Ammunition Without a Gun License before Magistrate Tracy Sosa. The duo was busted with a point thirty-eight calibre bullet when they were searched while visiting an inmate on Wednesday. Marin told the cops that the bag belonged to Myers so they were both charged. Marin and Myers pleaded not guilty and have been remanded into custody until July ninth. Myers also has two similar convictions; one for firearm possession and another for ammunition. He was fined five thousand dollars for those charges and has yet to pay up.
