German dies in highway accident
A German working in Belize lost his life this morning in a traffic accident on the Western Highway. Fifty-two-year-old Michael Runge was driving his Toyota pickup between miles thirty-four and thirty-five in the direction of Belmopan when sometime before six a.m. he lost control of the vehicle and it overturned. Runge was thrown out of the truck and was pronounced dead on arrival at Belmopan Hospital. He was an employee of Lupp construction company.
