Body on W. Highway finally identified
A body found last week on the Western Highway has finally been identified. The apparent victim of a traffic accident is eighteen-year-old Rueben Salazar of the Stann Creek Valley road. Salazar’s body, displaying injuries to the head and torso, was found late Wednesday night near mile twenty-one and a half. Speculation is that Salazar either fell out of the back of a pickup truck or was the victim of a hit and run. Police investigations continue.
