Emmerson Eaghan charged for murder of Dennis Nembhard
Also in court, eighteen year old construction worker of Haulze Street has been charged for the murder of thirty-five year old Dennis Nembhard. Today, when Emmerson Eaghan appeared in Magistrates’ Court to answer to the charge, he was remanded into custody until June thirtieth by Magistrate Dorothy Flowers. The incident occurred around seven-thirty Monday night when Nembhard a resident of Nutmeg Street was shot in his back while on his way home. The shooting was the result of a dispute between Nembhard’s twelve year old nephew and another twelve year old early that day. And it is alleged that in retaliation, Eaghan shot Nembhard. Nembhard died in the arms of his brother Dean while he was being transported to the K.H.M.H.
