“When I was doing my usual method of disposal, carrying my waste personally to the site I noticed a huge increase in the fee to go in, from five dollars to twenty dollars per dump. Each time I’d go, twenty dollars I’d have to pay. This cost increase is prohibited for the way I run business so I had to get clarity on the matter. He explained to me that for my category of business, and this will be gazetted according to him, it will work out much economical for me to utilise B.W.S. And I trust it will be the case and I am hundred percent prepared to work with the City Council regarding that matter.”
