Body in Mopan River is Guatemalan
The decomposed body found floating on Monday in the Mopan River now has an identity. It is Pablo Can Sakul, a twenty-six year old Guatemalan from Melchor de Mencos. Due to the advanced state of decay, the cause of death could not be determined. Police Departments on both sides of the border are investigating the circumstance of Can’s death.
