Eric Gonzalez wanted for fatal stabbing

Sixteen year old Daniel Soto was murdered on the night of February twenty-sixth while socializing in Orange Walk. Since then, eighteen year old Eric Gonzalez, who police believe fatally stabbed Soto, has been on the run. Soto’s father, along with Crime Stoppers Belize, is appealing to the public to come forward with any information about Gonzalez’ whereabouts. Tragedy struck for young Soto when alcohol got the best of his friend and they got into an altercation. Gonzalez left in a heated rage when Soto used a rock to defend himself, but returned shortly with a large knife. He charged at Soto with the weapon and stabbed him in the left leg.
