Does Eamon Courtenay have unfair advantage at Port-of-Spain?

Elrington was critical of the court saying that the four-member CCJ is unwelcoming and has arguably had the most contact with Senior Counsel Eamon Courtenay who has appeared before the court on a number of cases.
