Separate ACTs Lead to Coke, Weed in Old Capital
Operation ACT was in full operation on Monday in the city and turned up cocaine and weed. Around eleven in the morning, the Special Assignment Team searched an abandoned barrack on Flamboyant Street where they discovered nine small transparent zip-lock bags containing eight point zero grams of cocaine and a black plastic bag with almost seventy-six grams of cannabis. The drugs were labeled as found property. In a second operation, sometime after nine in the night the GSU found over four pounds of weed in a knapsack in the Lindo’s Alley area. Again, there was no one in the area.
