Family of stabbing victim says cops got it wrong
Every story has at least two sides, and today the family of a man stabbed over the weekend in Orange Walk called News 5 to say that the version reported to the media by police was–you guessed it–totally wrong. Donnie Tun, brother of stabbing victim Marcelino Tun, who was present during the Friday night fracas in Orange Walk says that, contrary to what was reported by knife wielding businessman Santiago Solis, his brother was not drunk and did not attack Solis’s wife with a stick. Solis, according to Donnie Tun, was the one who began the unwarranted assault.
