Police seek suspect in cheque forgery
In crime news, police are looking for a woman in connection with a theft by forgery. The Alliance Bank reported to police that in June a cheque for two thousand, six hundred and eighty-one dollars was presented and cashed by Jamila Vasquez, which turned out to be bogus. Vasquez formerly served as executive director of the conservation group BACONGO.
