Old Beef, Ideal Pouch Led to Vicious Chopping
Fifty-three-year-old Dennis Bodden, a sanitation worker with the Belize City Council, is yet to appear before the magistrate’s court where he will face charges in connection with a near-fatal assault on his coworker on Monday. Bodden, along with Michael Tesecum and several others, sat inside a work bus during their lunch break. According to an eyewitness, Tesecum leaped over one of the passenger seats, knocking an ideal pouch out of Bodden’s mouth. But instead of apologizing, Tesecum reportedly challenged his colleague and that’s when a machete was produced. The weapon was swung twice, chopping Tesecum in the head. The incident unfolded in front of several other employees who were seated inside the bus. They admit that the two men have had a standing dispute with each other and that bad blood spilled over on Monday afternoon when Bodden flew into a rage and inflicted the vicious chop wounds.
Hope he learns to have manners now
