Roy “Bullet” Craig Accuser Not Mentally Challenged
The allegation of a sexual assault on a sixteen-year-old-boy made headlines this week. The alleged perpetrator is well-known taxi-man Roy “Bullet” Craig, who police say was found nude along with the minor in a hotel room. Bullet has denied the claims by the young boy and was taken before the court on a charge of sexual assault of a minor. He says that the boy followed him during the day and on the night of January fourth, when he was busted; he did not want to leave the boy in his taxi as he went to take a rest in the hotel and not at his home located in the area. Today, the media asked the police for an update on the investigation, but they were rather tightlipped. Assistant Superintendent of Police Alejandro Cowo would only say that the teen was not mentally challenged as has been suggested by Craig.

“That is part of the investigation that we will not reveal at this moment. Yes, the place has a surveillance camera and the police are looking at that situation there.”
Andrea Polanco
“I am not sure if you are able to disclose, but there were some reports circulating that the sixteen-year-old involved in that Roy Craig incident was a mentally challenged [boy]; has that been established?”
ASP Alejandro Cowo
“He is not a mentally challenged person.”

“Have you spoken to the mother with respect to [if] this young boy had ever been in the company of Mister Craig on previous occasions?”
ASP Alejandro Cowo

Andrea Polanco
